Acceptance Test Services
Ensuring introduction of a machine in perfect condition in the line is more important than perfect monitoring and diagnosis. To achieve this goal, the stage of acceptance test that precisely diagnoses and approves performance, design and the condition of the machine is required before the introduction or after the repair. The acceptance test should be conducted in situ, where the actual machine would be assembled. However, for many reasons, it is often conducted in the manufacturer’s factory with temporary base and foundation support. In either case, to analyze precise data, effects of environmental background noise as well as the structural resonances must be noted. Other than the performance of the machine, the acceptance test must evaluate 5 different characteristics: quality of design, manufacturing, assembly, installation, parts damages.
